This page explains what the AI Visibility Analyzer processes when a public URL is submitted for analysis and how that data is handled operationally.

What this application processes

This application accepts a public URL, fetches the referenced page, analyzes its content for schema, structure, and citation-readiness signals, and returns a report. The service stores the submitted URL, generated report, and a temporary HTML snapshot needed for the diagnostic workflow.

Purpose and legal basis

Processing is performed to deliver the requested analyzer service, protect the service against abuse, and maintain technical operations. The legal basis is generally Art. 6(1) lit. b GDPR for service delivery and Art. 6(1) lit. f GDPR for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

Storage and retention

Scan results are stored in Cloudflare D1. Temporary HTML snapshots are stored in Cloudflare R2 with a limited retention window. IP-based rate-limit counters are stored in Cloudflare KV with short expiry periods. Data may be deleted earlier if no longer needed for operations or legal retention.

Processors and infrastructure

The application runs on Cloudflare Workers and may use associated Cloudflare services such as D1, KV, R2, Queues, and observability tooling. If Workers AI is enabled in production, page text may also be processed by Cloudflare's AI runtime to generate specific scan checks.

You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
